Homekeepr, Inc. provides in-app account deletion. Follow these steps in the Homekeepr app to submit your request.
Open the Homekeepr app and tap More.
Select Delete Account from the menu.
Review the instructions in the app, choose whether any user data should be left behind, and confirm the deletion request.
The deletion flow lets the user choose whether any user data is left behind. The outcome depends on the option selected in the Homekeepr app.
Homekeepr processes deletion requests after the in-app confirmation flow is completed.
Data scheduled for deletion is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of the request, unless longer retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
No fixed additional retention period applies to data the user chooses to leave behind. That data remains until it is later removed or no longer needed to operate the Homekeepr service.
